As the largest demographic in today’s workforce, millennials are the bridge between our community’s present and future. Retaining this group of young talent should be a priority to us all, not just the Human Resource managers of the largest employers in town.

ystark! and Leadership Stark County, departments of the Canton Regional Chamber of Commerce, are committed to providing opportunities for young professionals to thrive personally and professionally in Stark.

It is no secret that millennials value a sense of belonging, a feeling of contributing to the greater good, time with family and friends, flexibility, opportunity for growth, and meaningful connection. Both ystark! and Leadership Stark County connects YPs to the people, organizations, and ideas that make our community appeal to this generation and one worth staying in. #workplaystaystark
